BJJ British Open 2018

The BJJ British Open was upon us for another year and what a year the team had! Lot's of medals and a couple of belt promotions too.

Overall we got x4 medals and Sudais was promoted to blue belt by Yousuf Nabi on the podium.

Jay also received his green belt after winning gold.

Last but not least I was able to win gold at brown belt. I am now a 4x British Champ. Thanks to everyone for the training and encouragement and belief in me. A big thanks to Yousaf Nabi for being my coach and to my training partners/students for all the rolling sessions.

I am very proud of all the guys who competed this year and especially our young team setting a high standard. Everyone worked extremely hard. Taking the losses too as well as the wins, hard work pays off.
